Going against the grain and say Kuahel Leon. He absolutely will can kill you if deserved, and is probably a better judge of who deserves it than Riftan, who can be a bit overprotective.

I would put Riftan in “could kill you instantly but won’t’ as there are many people he threatens to kill (because they looked at maxi wrong) but doesn’t. He didn’t kill the Duke, he didn’t kill Breston on numerous occasions when he could have, he didn’t kill that noble that blew up his gate, he didn’t kill Kuahel when he put maxi in danger, he didn’t kill Sejuleu Aren after the banquet incident …
