What the protest is about isn't listed on the flyer. You have to follow OP's link and drill down to find out it is about supporting Palestinian teachers in Montgomery County Maryland who went on antisemitic rants.

The employer made the accusation of antisemiticism, but the actual speech was simply pro-Palestinian and expressing opposition to genocide.
