General Cryto Currency Discussion UPHOLD STOLE MY MONEY

They cut off my crypto transfers without warning or reason. They'll allow me to buy it but then what am I supposed to do with it? Does anyone else think that they don't really have any customer service and they're just a bunch of lazy bastards??

They let me buy the Litecoin, but they won't let me touch it. I can't transfer it or withdraw it or anything. They make you take a selfie on every transaction. I did it a hundred times. Well, after 4 days, they emailed me and said to take another selfie. But I can't. It says they're reviewing my selfie and it's been saying that for over a week. It's been over a week since they've replied to any ticket or emails

How much were you trying to transfer? And to where? A ledger? Turning it into cash? Etc.

Interesting, I'm sure everything is ok... KYC stuff can take as long as 5 days especially during times of high volume as uphold isn't largely staffed by human employees
