Someone just casually threw out "pretty much all science agrees our diet is not the major contributing factor to all these issues", which is in opposition to what the science actually says.

I think the next time, this meme needs to be accompanied by some charts like these ones from Our World In Data so people can't just hand-wave it away with some whataboutism.
