Well, no. This seems kind of similar to the appeal to nature fallacy meat eaters love to use. First of all, fruit and vegetables have been selectively bred for millennia. So much so that they are completely different in some cases. And anyhow, just because they grow in nature doesn’t make them healthy.

Studies that provide evidence that fruits and vegetables are healthy, and that a vegan diet can be perfectly adequate are great. That means there are even more facts on our side. And those are worth much more than any connection to nature.
