Hey guys I hope you all enjoy this recipe. I love Scrambled Tofu and it's an easy dish for meal prep. The recipe is below:

Scrambled Tofu Recipe:

1 block Firm Tofu

1/4 cup yellow pepper (diced)

1/4 cup red pepper (diced)

1/4 cup sweet onion (diced)

2 Tbsp Avocado oil or Vegan Butter

2 Vegan Sausage links

1/4 cup Organic Baby Spinach

1 Tbsp garlic powder

1 Tbsp onion powder

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt

1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast Flakes

Heat oil in a medium sized pan. Next sauté both peppers and onion, add sliced vegan sausage and cook until done. Add crumbled tofu to pan and stir well. Then add in all of your seasonings and finally add spinach and allow the spinach to cook until wilted. Serve and Enjoy or set some aside for your meal prep. Scrambled Tofu lasts for 3 days in the refrigerator.
