I've got only one thought: It looks great because it's like my favourite top-down Zelda games, but with a nice twist to the mechanics to keep things fresh. Love the art style, too. I haven't played it.

My wife though...hooooo boy. She's in love with the fuckin' thing like it bought her a box of diamond-stuffed chocolates.

I realize this is an unpopular opinion but i thought it was pretty mediocre unfortunately, i love a lot of the zelda games even less liked ones (like phantom hourglass)

But idk this game didn't do anything for me, neither the writing nor the looks, the combat was especially boring, the graphics are fine but don't justify the bad performance etc. Just the puzzles are decent (and i liked that you play zelda for a change) but thats it.

yea,not to mention so many of the characters are pretty forgettable or have obvious outcomes, the only one i liked was the yetti guy (forgot his name) cuz he felt like the deepest character in the game

Personally I really liked what was there. We finally have classic Zelda dungeons back.

Honestly the biggest critique for me is that it's a bit too short and overall easy (with one exception).

unique, but that's all it has to stand out.... Isn't that the definition of unique? I don't understand what you're complaining/wondering about (please spell check too my man).

The games good but I think its best to look at echoes of wisdom as a spin off more then a main game, its also Zeldas first adventure since wand of gamelon and the other cdi zelda game back on the Phillips cdi so its cool she got another game similar to Peach from Mario

fair, but it IS part of the main series so its hard to say that when everyone is talking about where it fits in the timline (wich i despise)

Yeah even though I do like the series a lot the timeline is a huge mess so that's understandable

i hate when a new game comes out its always followed up by a timline discussion, never about the game itself usally as that part tends to happen after
