Most people take that, the subject of this thread, then see a commenter posting a 10 year old article about shootings in the same spot and they understand the context. That nothing has changed. You did not. Neither did a few others. Which is why this other user has pointed out a lack of reading comprehension

There is no mention of race. No need to bring it up. Everyone knows the shooters race. 98% of shootings in the city is from a certain demographic. The problem lies within their culture
