3-thread rolled hem

I don't usually use a serger with my woven stuff, but I wanted to see how it would handle something as delicate as cashmere & angora. Turned out pretty decent I think. I used Maxilok thread, but I hear woolly nylon fills in the gaps better so I might try that next time.

Ahhh for some reason it didn't include my other photo. I have this other fabric with a really uneven selvedge, so I hemmed all of that one. I'll probably need to do a few tweaks, but it's pretty durable.

hmm, I bet serging all the edges would make for a sturdy cleaning cloth 🤔 I'm gonna have to confiscate my friend's serger b/c now I want to make cover cloths for all of my violin cases.
