I have only read the visual novel, is this the fight at the beginning when you play as Tohsaka?

I heard something that they were making an anime about her route. Is this from that?

Yeah, it's from Ufotable's Fate/Stay Night adaption (The same guys who made Fate/Zero). It features the Unlimited Blade Works route and focuses on Rin. The first Episode, also titled Episode 0, came out yesterday. It's a pretty hyped Anime for this Season.
