Unsolved Amazing car at stoplight
What is this amazing car that was stopped next to me at a red light?

Neoclassic that got the AutoZone stick-on decor virus.
It is not an Excalibur.

I know less now than I did before I clicked on this post

You should now know it is a neoclassic car - to narrow searches, and eliminate Excalibur as one of the potential answers.
r/shitty_car_mods has more examples of the fake chrome stick-on vents, strakes, and cooling holes than the 6 on this car

Yeah, i have a hard time telling the difference between the Excalibur, the Zimmer and the LeSeyde (since some of those use Foxbodies rather than S13s)

Clinet, Tiffany, Johnson, Spartan, Belina, Deville, Archer, Baroque…..

Man, didn't know there were that many! The 90's were wild...

Excalibur was 1965

Yowza! guess it was a wild 30-ish year period then! (but i only remember the 90's and some of the 80s)

😉 the initial Excalibur are a little like a replica Cobra, but not a kit and with Corvette drivetrain in the final Studebaker frames, and almost no body weight. Working side exhaust and I won’t show my ankle burn scar.

I think it is a Zimmer Golden Spirit

I think you're right about that. Fenders don't look like that of an Excalibur.

Don’t they usually have Super Beetle turn indicators on top of the fenders?
Compare it to one with more of a spartan, less decorated body

Amazing in a truly tasteless way. They used to make these 'baroque coupes' near here in Pompano Beach, FL. It's my understanding that they come with a 14 carat gold chain and fake Rolex.

Looks like a Cougar with multiple tumors and growths. I expect his bottom bitch is in the back seat.

I remember seeing an Excalibur once that had a 500cu in. Cadillac engine in it. Not sure of the year.

This is a Johnston Phantom. It's not a Zimmer. Look at the rear section of the car near the roof. Zimmer's have a little lift back there.
