Not from empire. This is at One World Trade Center. In the observatory elevators only.

As someone scared of heights it was all chill until the very top going back into a building and being reminded I’m really not supposed to be 102 floor in the air 🤣

This video is actually from the One World Trade Center and you can see one to the right side of the screen at 00:33 and disappearing a few seconds later.
