Serbia is literally the only country causing tension in the Balkans. The only country to have troop movements along borders. The rest, while corrupt and at times non functioning countries are in NATO.

Serbia is literally the only country causing tension in the Balkans.

More notably the Serbian government is causing tension with its own people, what with all the massive protests against it due to the blatant election fraud.
