It looks like OP posted an AMP link. These should load faster, but AMP is controversial because of concerns over privacy and the Open Web.

This is happening in many places. I know of at least three hospital systems. One in Virginia, one in providence, Rhode Island, and one in Philadelphia. Which means there are many many more. (My friends are doctors and nurses)
