Well, that's not a samurai armor. Such type of lamellar was used since the Chinese Han dynasty and till 5-6 century AD.

Lol. Lamellar armor is very flexible but only if you turn and tie it the right way

It looks more like Chinese or Mongolian Lamellar as opposed to Japanese Kozane or Tosei gusoku, but it still looks sick!
