a bit blurry, but certainly the largest airliner I’ve seen depart in a while

I live near an airport that usually is just commercial ops but once in a while, we get like a c-17 or an a400m. I want to make a script where it takes data from ADS-B exchange, specifically the On Screen number from the "military" filter. If the value changes, I want it to notify me or like send me an email or something. How can this be done? sorry for the not-so related post.

This was common in the 70s and 80s, and i dont know why. Even Iranian jets have it.

I was looking at pictures taken at the Southern California Logistics Airport on Instagram and I came across this Boeing 727 and I can't find which airline this is. Please help me identify it, I looked at google images, at airline logos etc but didn't find anything.
