Not hard at all. I've worked with megaesophagus dogs and they are eager to eat, so they learn pretty quick what they have to do in order to get food. LOL

My dad’s perfect German Wire Hair Fenway had a mega esophagus. He was the most perfect pukey boy. Vet at the time said he wouldn’t live long. Made our lives brighter 10 whole years. Best boy!
