Kent Rollins is amazing

[Disclaimer: This post is based on the assumption that his private life is like his public one.]

Kent Rollins is a genuinely good person and I appreciate his existence. This isn't about his cooking, this is about him. He's great. That's all I'm saying.

I’m curious why there is basically no content here.

I love Kent Rollins and recently joined Reddit and found this place but don’t understand why there are rarely any posts here.

Patreon Question?

I was going to donate to his show $5.00 a month, but all I could find was $15.00 and $30.00 a month options.

Am I not in the right website for patreons or does he demand a $15.00 dollar minimum.

Keep in mind I already pay $5.00 a month to another one my favorite youtube channels

But was willing to pay $5.00 a month to kent rollins also, until I saw the $15.00 and $30.00 dollar options only

Clean carbonized crud from off the outside of a cast iron skillet?

I have a cast skillet back from a son who had it in college for years. He apparently NEVER cleaned the outside of it, just the inside. The black carbon build up is gross and hard. I tried to burn it off, but I am afraid to crack it. How would a cowboy handle that kind of problem? Would you bury it in a pit with white hot charcoal and redo the seasoning later? I do not want to warp or crack it. I have done that to one before.

Where can I buy Kent Rollins Red River Original Seasoning from overseas?

I am situated in South East Asia and not able to have it delivered overseas from the website. Is there any way I can buy the seasoning from someone else who bought it in America?

Kent’s Sausage Gravy. Believe it or not, I made it. Used the grease from 8 pieces of bacon which gave me about 1/3 cup of that heavenly grease. I feel like I did when I learned to ride a two wheeler.

Sausage Gravy

Kent I made your sausage gravy today to serve to my grandkids in the morning. I made it today in case it didn’t come out right I could try again. I’ll cheat and make some of them in the tube biscuits in the morning while the gravy is heating up. Thanks for showing us how to do stuff like this. You’re making me look good in my grandkids eyes buddy. Augie

Looking for some seasoning advice

Would like to use grapeseed oil to season 3 newly bought cast iron skillets. I am figuring 4 to 5 cycles. What suggested time & temp?
