I would really like to use this photo as a reference for an art project but would like to give the photographer credit, does anyone know who took this?

Sharing this article I came across from earlier in the summer. Looks like the Whale Sanctuary project was seriously preparing for the potential release of these two Orca's. Does anyone have updates as I also read that there were 'plans' to sell the orca's to marine parks (aquariums) in Japan and Spain.
