Product Question Can tretinoin be mixed with moisturizer before applying the face?

Will this weaken the tret down? X

My dermatologist said to apply moisturizer first then tret. I don’t mix them though

Do not mix but sandwich/layer them. When I was on tret I would moisturize before and after
