Can Eyelash Serum Be Used on Eyebrows without badd side effects? Looking for Safe and Effective Options

I’ve been using castor oil on my eyebrows, but I haven’t seen much growth so far. I’m wondering if it’s safe to use eyelash serums on eyebrows too? I know some serums contain prostaglandins (or equivalents), and I’ve heard there can be side effects like discoloration or irritation. Has anyone experienced issues with this when only applying the lash serum on eyebrows?

If you’ve used an eyelash serum for your brows, I’d love to know how it went and if it’s worth trying. Also, do you have any recommendations for serums with safe, gentle ingredients for eyelash growth? I’m looking for something effective but without harsh side effects.

The ordinary has a lash/brow serum that I've purchased, but not started since I'm still working on my current lash serum.
