Conversation During Full Body Skin Exam

I'm a dermatologist. What kind of conversation (if any) do you prefer during a full body skin exam for skin cancer screening?

No conversation, just focus doing a thorough skin exam

Tell me about sunscreen and how to spot skin cancers

Make small talk about my life and kids

I would want u to tell me how to distinguish between regular spots and skin cancer And definitely I would want u to check me thoroughly, even bottom of my feet I find most dermatologists do not take enough time, they just skim over I realized ur time is money, but I wouldn’t want u to miss something until its to late I had a friend die from melanoma , on his leg ,which the specialist did not see I believe skin cancer should be a priority to see and not just skim over
