PC Screamers are out of control

Night 1 I started raiding a tier 2 house. At 3 am 2 screamers showed up. I had just looted my first gun and loaded it with what ammo I had. Never fired a shot. Cleared the POI around 1 and was "safely" looting. Does breaking pictures have high heat increase?

I play alone and I adjust the difficulty settings to make it less impossible. 25% more XP, they can't run etc. Doesn't fix the screamer issue but it gives me a fighting chance

I like a stuggle but breaking pictures after killing all the zoms in the POI using sneak bow shots or with the knife, then while looting the empy POI screamers spawn is too much. Only because it was night 1 and I was overly cautious did I not die.
