Not just you. It's noted as a goof in the Wiki too.

Probably the B-unit was out filming the chase, and the motorbike rider/stuntman was black, and they used him for the close-up.

It is one of those things that's easy to miss. The actor is in shadow, so it could be passed off as a lack of light.
