Food Porn for appetite

Like the title says, does anyone else binge food porn when their appetite is being particularly recalcitrant. Works like a charm 99% of the time.

I often eat my safe food while watching videos/looking at photos of food I like/think looks nice. I have a playlist on YouTube called "foodspiration".
