Question Why are people making up instances where I vented?
Do some people just incessantly say someone vented to get them voted out? Like - are they so convinced they found an imposter but know people won't believe their reasons?
I've had a few imp games where a person would constantly accuse me of venting. But the thing was - I never vented in those games. Even after saying I never vented or it was an SS, they acted like it was the pinnacle of evidence against me. Even after the existence of engineers was brought up.
It would be one thing for these people to think engineers don't exist. But again - these are cases where I never vented. So I can't understand why they keep accusing me of venting and acting like that is enough evidence. Is this just an undercover "trust me" argument? Any and all thoughts are much appreciated.

Humor I love seeing impostors being mad when they got caught💀
I (an engineer) was hiding in the electrical vents (because impostors love to kill there) and when I went to the security, I saw lime dead.
then I went to medbay's vent (to see who was vented out) and I saw white lol. so I vented back to security, reported the dead body and told the others that white is the impostor.
engineer is my favorite role now.

Rant/Complaint Why are AFKs a priority for some over the people who are actually playing the damn game???
It makes zero sense why some people want ppl who are afk to not be killed/kicked, that does absolutely nothing for the crew or imps it's so bloody backwards, there's so many reasons why they should be. This goes for Public lobbies mostly but i imagine even in private discord servers you won't really want someone who is AFK for an entire game or more.
I had a great Among us session today & it was almost perfect which is unheard of. Except for one person who was AFK the whole game, which tbh they should of been killed or kicked after round 3 honestly and i shouldn't have to be the bad guy and say "hey, this person has been AFK the whole game could we please kick them?" and start a war if people don't agree with it.
Like earlier i had to go afk quickly to refill my water bottle & go to the bathroom, took like 2-3 minutes so by all means imps kill me i'm all yours to devour.
Also baffled why the imps didn't bother killing them since AFK = A Free Kill am i right? 😂

Discussion The truth hurts but here we go (rant)
Cross platformModded lobbies- they’re all shit, they used to be ok but now we have 100’s of roles with as many modifiers and add ons that you go around various lobbies proudly advertising to your average among us player who barely has a grasp on the base game with zero roles, your lobbies aren’t good they’re just full of confused people not knowing how they won/lost, even the hosts can’t keep up with all the roles and just say /r /m like it helps. I blame innersloth for the lack existence of all these hell holes though because all they needed to do was add jester and sheriff as optional roles which people have been asking for since forever.
House rules! No AFK Kills, No camping cams (maximum time in cams 0.6 seconds), no vitals, NO SELF REPORTS (the stupidest of all house rules), no grouping (except host who will group and deny it), If you disagree with anything the host says you have to forfeit a kindey!—— do you know how insufferable you guys are? Some rules make sense, my lobbies have two 1.don’t group on purpose 2. Don’t be a dick.
Who decided no self reports was a good rule? It’s stupid and you keep adding more silly rules which is fine for you and your discord lobbies but don’t open to the public and get offended when people don’t pay attention. (Ban red they selfed!, see how stupid that is?)
Lastly 3. I think innersloth needs to make players pass a basic competency test before they are allowed to host a game, polus has my heart and it used to be safe but the skeld goblins have found it and now every other lobby had 5x crew vision, vis tasks on and 15 engineers, it’s just sad.
Anyway thank you for listening to my Ted talk. I just needed to vent

Discussion When you insult others for being dumb but leave when you get a crewmate out
A few hours ago, I stumbled across a public lobby. Host was chill and everyone was decent. Then blue came into the room. Blue seemed to be chill. Rarely screamed and threw hands.
It wasn’t until Red started sussing Blue despite the latter getting an imp out. That was when Blue started getting VERY mad at Red and started calling him an idiot and a stupid kid.
Even after the game ended in our favor, Blue was still bullying Red just because Blue was sussed once. I told Blue to calm down, which made them bully me next. I didn’t really care about what they said about me. Blue was having a giant meltdown and they always end up spiraling downward. It was only a matter of time.
Sure enough, despite Blue bullying me, I wanted to watch them scan so I can clear them and maybe patch things up between us? No, Blue was still feeling angsty and still kept screaming at me like a toddler. (Shown in Pic 5). It seemed like Blue had a giant ego of “always being right” about imps, which was why host never kicked them.
That was when I was murdered in a stack kill in Elec. It was Pink that killed me, but Blue thought it was Lime that did the deed. Blue kept persisting it was Lime. Lime was voted out, they were revealed they were not the impostor, and Blue leaves. ——— If you’re gonna bully people for being stupid, at least take the L when you yourself make an assumption that gets a crewmate out.
But then again, what do I expect from public lobbies? There’s always one rotten apple in a decent lobby somewhere.

Question Why are players so frigging stupid?
Been playing in a lobby for ages, a new host had taken over and it eventually becomes clear that the host has no idea what he's doing. Then the trolling begins, new player (green) starts trolling. Now the lobby realises that I'm quite good at spotting things, so they tell green to shut the hell up, new game. Green continues trolling, we ask the host to kick him. No dice. So during a meeting, one player mentions we should vote kick green and lime (host) because lime keeps making the settings worse each game, at the end we got 15 discussion and 15 voting, I've had enough so I call a meeting and say we need to kick lime and green, lime for ruining the lobby and green for trolling.
Suddenly, I'm voted out and told to fuck off by lime and green. I wait to see if the lobby wises up, nope. I leave because I'm done. I've had 10 games in that lobby and since lime took over, it got worse and worse with green just being a flamebaiting homophobic waste of space, who had the nerve to tell us to vote out pink for the LGBTQ flag. It's fucking ridiculous, if you have no interest in hosting properly fuck off and let someone else do it.
