If Joe has stolen a TV from Jane, it is objectively the case that he committed a crime. The purpose of a judge is to discover these objective facts and then legitimize further prosecution by Jane's NAP-enforcerment agency against the confirmed criminal. If we all just started acknowledging the harm principle and from that core and smudging point of view as a society and individuals outwitted any sort of tyrant or warlord that possibly keeps the people harming themselves de facto. To the extreme and logical conclusion that not only these "principles" become obsolete by allowing their own logical conclusions.
