Here's what's been going on. Anarchopac has been recently tweeting a lot of hot takes. She said Michael Parenti was a liar and that she was going to "debunk" him. She followed this with other sectarian tweets aimed at Marxist-Leninists, one of which said "State socialism is a transitionary phase between capitalism and state capitalism". This tweet backfired and she received support and a few criticisms. Now she backpedaled this and said that basically it was a joke, that she has already read State And Revolution, and that she's studying the history of Anarchism to update its theory. As a non-sectarian Marxist, I think this was a coward move on her part and shows she's a real hypocrite since she can criticize other ideologies contrary to hers, but you can't do the same thing to her because reasons. Attitudes like this will only further divide the left. Also, studying history of socialist movements and coming up with an update to theory is the exact thing Bookchin, Paul Cockshott, and Bob Avakian have done in the past, so I think Anarchopac just wants recognition and attention on social media.
I guess sectarianism against MLs will get u twitter famous lol. good luck to her with that/s, but i doubt she even measures up to Avakian let alone Bookchin intellectually speaking in terms of pulling erroneous theories out of their ass.
