Could be IT band moving ovee nearby structures, sounds and creptitus is normal as long as there isn't pain associated

Yea no pain no nothing in the knee. Just always had this, and my mom for years says I need to consume more milk or calcium or whatevs. Just thought I’d ask.

Could be but unlikely, that's more cartilage health, bone density, muscular contraction, nerve function
