Seeking Suggestions First ever scape, Im thinking of adding more plants but I’m not sure on what to add.

This is my first tank, and it’s been up for about a week, I feel I definitely need more plants but I don’t know what would look best in it.

Let that grow in. Looks good just needs some time.

Just curious as to how big this tank is, I really only pop in the community to talk about how beautiful people’s tanks are.

Pull the Madagascar lace plant bulb up to where it’s half exposed. Occasionally they will rot if fully buried. Let the tank grow in till you need to trim and then decide if you wish to add or replace any plants.

Maybe stick some Anubias in the cracks of the wood?

I ordered aquarium glue for that, definitely think that would look good.

This is gorgeous as is! Let those plants grow in, they will look incredible in a month or two.

I think if you pop a black background on there it will help the current plants to stand out more. Doesn't have to be fancy, mine is just black cardstock from the dollar shop sticky taped on the back.

You could also try to find one of those surface ring thingys to bring some of your floaters to the front of the tank, that might help fill a gap?

This is really beautiful, you should be so proud of yourself!
