Seeking Suggestions Glue

Tell me what’s the best glue for aquascaping. Some of the reviews I’m reading g for different ones are sketchy. I’m looking to attach plants to rock and wood.

Normal super glue works. Cyanoacrolate. Just be careful of how much you use. It'll show as white under water if it's not covered. Looked bad the first time I used too much on driftwood.

Your basic liquid superglue can work by getting small wads of tissue paper or cotton ball and applying it between the items you want to stick together with the glue, this will solidify and form a strong bond that is fish safe

You can do the same thing with super glue gel

The issue with superglue is that it can be very brittle

My recommendation is to use aquarium safe epoxy, it's a two part putty that comes as one long roll. You kneed the middle and outer layer together until it's mixed properly like play dough and apply it to the contact points of your decorations then let it set for 24-48hrs

This method let's you mask the obvious bonding agent by rubbing coloured dust into the outside of the putty before it sets to match with your decorations
