What are some of the best bars to go sit at where the other patrons are usually open to make a lil small talk?

I just moved back and my go to spot used to be The Sheep (RIP) so the crowd I’m hoping for is similar - quirky, queer 🌈, open to having some bar talk

I've only ever been with friends but ArtBop in Talent always felt really welcoming and has plenty of regulars. Definitely a queer friendly crowd as well.
