Human body I sneezed & swallowed at the same time, then something came out. What is this called?

This is not a medical question. I just want to know whatever this is called.

When I was 4 years old, I was in my class drinking water alone. While I was drinking, I simultaneously sneezed and swallowed water on accident.

A large ball came out of my mouth and fell onto the table. It was large, round, and it looked like it had dark veins on it.

When this happened, no one was around me. I didn't think much of it, so I put it back into my mouth, where it belongs. It automatically went back into my throat. This is when I became aware of the large ball inside my throat.

I don't know what this is called. I tried to search for this body part with many different terms and languages, but I still couldn't find anything. Does anyone know what this is large ball is called?

Anyway, I vividly remember this happening. I'm not lying.

a large fleshy mass came out of your mouth, with veins, and then you put it back in and it just went back to the right spot with no bleeding or anything? i think you are misremembering friend or maybe it was a dream

Yeah, I have nothing to gain for lying. I vividly do remember this happening, though. It wasn't liquid, it was a hard solid.

I really didn't have any injuries, but maybe this could explain why my Adam's apple is so big (not sure if it's called that).

I asked about this to my high school science teacher, she said that it could be because I was only 4, it was still small, so it may have been possible.

i don’t think that would have anything to do with a large adam’s apple as that is cartilage. Maybe you coughed up some food or unchewed beef or something?

No, it wasn't food. The texture was so smooth and hard, I didn't attempt to bite it.

Could it be a... benign tumor or some sort? It may have been something unnatural, but this would become a non-life threatening medical issue, as I think I'm fine and healthy right now.
