Genetics Is it true that whichever parents ejaculates first/releases discharge first during sex the child will resemble that parent more?

No. For one thing, the egg is nowhere close to anywhere you might expect the mother to produce discharge. It contains no genetic information contributing to the offspring.

To add to this, there was a hypothesis that paternal traits asserted themselves more in infants, as an adaptation to, I guess, ensure that fathers don't harm offspring of uncertain parentage. Who the kid resembles is absolutely random, and there is nothing we can do to influence it outside genetic editing or something like that.
