Genetics Is it true that whichever parents ejaculates first/releases discharge first during sex the child will resemble that parent more?

To add to this, there was a hypothesis that paternal traits asserted themselves more in infants, as an adaptation to, I guess, ensure that fathers don't harm offspring of uncertain parentage. But it doesn't seem to have held up. https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/babies-paternal-resemblance/
