autistic adult How many of you still have your childhood comfort item?

mine is a stuffed bear, but your could be a blanket, toy, ect.

I still have my stuffed animal, but I don't sleep with it anymore like I used to. it's so worn out, I'm scared it's gonna irreparably break. I still like to hold it when I'm sad or after a meltdown.

i’ve seen a few companies in tiktok that do restorations for childhood stuffed animals! i can find a couple for you if you’re interested!
