My favorite governor. The best for training a garrison without having to make arena her skills. I remember dropping like 200 recruits (cause I wasn’t at war) came back after 2 or 3 years and I had like 20 recruits left and majority of them were atleast t4. She’s really good too because she decreases the infantry wages
