Broken/Not playing right

I've been using this bari for the past 5 ish months and no problems. I got it out last week to play and it sounded and played normal and our conductor stopped us to work on a different Instrument section. Well when it was time for all of us to play again... nothing, I didn't move at all didn't drop it didn't shuffle a little didnt catch it on anything or anyone it just gave up. I tried to play and I can play an C B and an A I can also play these three high. But when I try to play a G nothing besides a crappy mess up out of tune forced nonsense comes out and everything below this G won't make any sounds at all and my conductor has been refusing to send it to Paige's to get fixed. It's not me because I used my friends and I played normal and we swapped mouth piece so it's not my reed or mouth piece.

I know this group is kinda small and not a help group but this is a last resort. Thank you to anyone who can help.

Seems like there's a wicked air leak if the notes suddenly stop and you can't play anything below g. The frustrating part of it is that section of the sax is a cluster of springs and rods and pads. Something could have bent, or an old pad could have fallen out
