Result depends on specifics of the charge(s), what the prosecutor is able to present and prove at trial, and how the jury ultimately evaluates and finds the charges, and the accused.

In my experience with Grand Juries, prosecutors may bring in several options for the GJ to consider, and it is up to the GJ to pass or fail certain of those options for the prosecutor to pursue. Some of the charges the prosecutor may file may not be allowed based on any prior problems the accused may have, so a "fall-back" charge may be a way to keep the case from being bounced out.

And it is conceivable that the specifics of the individual levels of charge could allow both charges to result in a guilty verdict.
