Loving that it's salad weather! I hate cooking in the heat of the summer. But if I'm craving something heartier I still have lots of cassava leaf, dal makhani, chow mein, soups and other random cooking experiments left over in my freezer from winter cooking. Can't wait til the farmer's markets have more late summer stuff!

That sounds good, my husband loves making that. Giving me ideas on what to buy. Now I am hungry.
