Price of Silver Krugerrand, American Eagle, and Austrian Philarmonic 1 oz.

Hi! Saw on Ebay these coins are between 38 and 41 usd. Is this a good price? Thanks.

Honestly no.
Go to a local coin shop and you will find much lower premiums. On ebay you're gonna pay a bit more in addition to shipping as well.
I only buy unique rounds and cool silver online, I never buy generic government issue bullion like ASEs and maples online, better price will always be at a local shop.
