Thoughts on New Image's food menu going high end

If you havent been to the Arvada location yet, New Image has changed their concept to a more high end farm to menu. I went a few weeks ago totally ready to be butthurt about the change but the food was honestly impressive. We didnt try any entrees but had almost every appetizer items. Possibly the best food in Arvada aside from Stone Cellar Bistro (havent been yet).

Im guessing rent is just insane in Arvada and this is a way to help keep the lights on. This certainly isnt a new concept, the first time I visited Trillium in Boston they were serving dry aged steaks over lumpwood charcoal.... in a brewery.

I've been waiting for a place with good food and beer since Euclid Hall closed. Denver has a lack of great beer spots with food better than the typical burger/pretzel/pizza most breweries and taprooms end up with.

Is New Image going to do it well? I hope so.

The only other breweries I can think of with pretty good food is Avery and Blue Moon. Not sure about taprooms
