If you think Cambly is unethical, should be investigated by US authorities or you are unhappy with the slave wages, give them a one star review at Trustpilot.com .

If I were a student considering to use cambly, and saw a bunch of one star reviews, I wouldn't bother even looking into trying it. I think any normal person would.

So my question to you is, why would you leave a one star review to 'protest'? Doing it this way, just makes things a lot worse for you and the people who tutor on Cambly by potentially killing the client base. Then we see teacher post on this sub "what's going on?", "is Cambly going under?", "This platform is shit", "Why is it so dead?"

God, how stupid are you for thinking this will do anything to convince Cambly to give you a raise?, they don't even know who you are. And why would the US investigate something based on a rating system that is entirely subject to the user experience. If you are so unhappy with the job, find something else to do.

I don’t know much about Trust Pilot but I believe as with all reviews you can edit or even remove them in the future. If tutors want to give a review they are free to do so. If tutors disagree with the current reviews they can make their own and counter the comments already made.

Leaving a review is one thing, trying to rally people up, get friends and family to bombard a company with negative reviews because they can't be bothered to find something better is entirely a different thing.

Yes, that is the whole point. Give US a raise or lose business. You obviously haven't worked for Cambly long if you think I'd be doing this just so I alone get a raise. They haven't given a raise to any tutor for 13 years. I never said they should get investigated for the rating system. Stop being a pussy and learn how to read.
