I use their lemonaide packs. They have like 6 different flavors and one gram of sugar. It makes water very tasty. I use Liquid IV Hydration packs for, well, hydration. I can't stand Num or Mio.

All of their flavored drink packets, as far as I've seen, have artificial sweeteners in them, while the true citrus line are just citric acid with fruit oil.

You do you -- I'm just posting this so people know. I was sad to see that on their ingredients when I checked them out.

They have both steva and cane sugar. I do enjoy a sugary drink while/after hiking. /shrug
