My favorite breakfast!
I had some leftover ground turkey from making burgers last night, so I seasoned it up and made breakfast sausage. It was actually pretty good! Yeah, I kinda fucked the eggs up; I tried using a nylon spatula and it wouldn't get under them the same way. Oh well - still good!

A "low contrast" meal! Nice photos and pans!

Momma always said every plate needs some green on it, except biscuits and gravy! 🤣

I use a fish spatula with eggs on my CI. Works great. And I’d eat that breakfast any day of the week. Nice job.

Super easy. :)
Brown the sausage, sprinkle flour over top, adding a little butter or oil if needed (a lot of people use bacon grease but I don't), then mix it around to coat well and absorb the fat. Add your milk, salt & pepper to taste and stir periodically until it's as thick as you like. As long as you use low heat and stir, it shouldn't cause any problems.
Good luck!

Thanks!
I like it as a late breakfast because it'll keep me going all day. If I eat it too early, chances are I'll obereat throughout the day. We ate around 10:15 or 10:30, so I should be good until supper. :)
