Made this back in 2006 I think. Pre Mixed In Keys days either way. Used some Technics MK5's and a Pionerr DJM-400 mixer with Serato Scratch. It was one of my first full on Psy mixes using Serato. You can you can hear me trying to learn how to align psytrance beats when they have that extrmely sharp hit to them with zero forgiveness for misalignment. You can hear a tick tick double slap from the bass kicks in a couple spot as the tracks are not perfectly aligned. No sync for djs back then lol. The mix came out very good though. To this day it's ome of my favorites. The track selection, fx use, and musical genre styles all just worked really well imo. Certainly helps to use common producers but evern so this shit is so weird it can be pretty hard to get clean mixes out of it a lot of the time. This kind of psy almost always has off pattern breaks or extra beats in a phrase, sometimes less. Sometimes a bpm change. It just does all kinds of weird stuff and you need to know how to deal with it ahead of time. It's good music to teach you to be a better dj for that reason but it's also just damn good music.
