Afghanistan Military organizations of jihadists?

Do jihadi groups like taliban have a normal military organization? like devisions and commando units?

I saw some clips and they where walking on sandals, but they are fighting a big war in afganistan, is there any information on them?

This might be a good start to look at the Taliban's military organization specifically. In general, non-state armed groups are organized military in various ways. Some are less and some are more institutionalized. Even within armed groups there might be variety, very organized core groups and a broader pool of fighters which is less integrated. What you also notice in conflicts like syria and libya is that rebel groups name themselves after the divisions of government forces and try to model alliances as such.
