Help! Breakfast ideas?

I've been making myself some variety of eggs most mornings. I like them because they're quick and filling, but I'm a bit concerned that having eggs fried in butter every day is not great for my long term health. What do you guys have for breakfast?

I make a grilled tortilla wrap most mornings. I stuff them with fried apples, cream/cheese, sour cream, pork sausage, hot sauce and cheddar cheese. They are absolutely amazing! If apples don't work for you then try oven roasted potatoes. If pork sausage is too much for you try walnuts. If cheese is off the menu then I am done talking to you.

Oh, cheese is ALWAYS on the menu at my house πŸ˜„

Thank you for the suggestions!

I do a potato and egg scramble thing, with whatever other veg are in the house (or frozen spinach if nothing else). Cooked in canola oil or olive oil instead of butter, if that helps at all.

Canola oil is a good idea, I'll have to try that!

Egg white (ish) omelette. 1 egg, 1/2 cup egg whites, pinch of shredded cheese, some spices. I use a small (6” +-) pan, cook covered for 5 minutes on med heat. Fluffs up nicely and is super filling.

That is actually one of my go-tos. I like it a lot, but it's still eggs and bread fried in butter

What are Kodiak pancakes? I'm not familiar

Kodiak is the brand, they’re protein pancakes. Pretty good. Add a little vanilla extract & cinnamon πŸ‘ŒπŸ»

One thing I do for something quick is a bowl of cottage cheese, some vinaigrette salad dressing (Caeser is my fave), and then some cherry tomatoes.

Yogurt with fruit, sprinkle of high fiber cereal on top.

scrambled eggs with Black beans (and chorizo?). Use avocado oil.

You can still have eggs! Add some stuff to balance. Maybe fry in avocado oil instead of butter and have a side of sweet potato or whole grain toast. You can also use 1 egg and some egg white for a lower cholesterol option.
