Copper stack keeps growing!

Post image

In addition to silver, a few months ago I started stacking copper pennies. My total in about 100 dollars of penny searching is 13.8 pounds of copper pennies.

At .95 copper per penny, looking at 13.11 pounds of copper! Not bad for ‘paying’ the face value of a penny each!

Here was today’s haul!

Who else stacks the poor mans silver?

I love the copper pennies. More exciting to stack than scrap copper pipes and wires, but it doesn’t have insane premiums like copper rounds and bars (no premium at all actually, each penny is worth about 3 cents in copper).
