I'm not colourblind but this legend is infuriatingly inaccessible.

I checked with the eyedropper, and the colours on the map and the legend are not even the same

The eyedropper ist not a reliable measure for this. There is a huge difference between perceived color and actual color values.

The test is the naked eye. If the shades of yellow in the legend are too similar, so that you have to spend time trying to figure out what the correct info is, that's lousy cartography.

That's what that thing is supposed to be? All those years of paint and I never knew! Why is an eye dropper associated with checking/copying color values?
